The Fisher King Center Healthy Eating
The Healthy Eating course is a unique and personalised programme to suit each individual's needs, whether a professional caterer or an individual looking for a simple healthy diet using delicious and easy, everyday recipes.
Courses are often conducted on a one to one basis or in groups of up to six people and are held either at the Fisher King Centre or in your own home. For professional caterers in-house training is available.
A Certificate of Achievement is awarded on the completion of your chosen course.

Healthy Eating Consultations
An initial free consultation is given at the outset and is delivered in person or by phone by Fiona Bruce. This consultation provides Fiona with the understanding required to develop a plan tailored to the profile of your specific needs.
In-house courses from 1-3 days or more from £100 per day plus £40 accom. per night. (Please enquire about cost of courses at the work place, at your home or the 21-day Diploma Course)
